Senior Class

This class is designed specifically for older adults, focusing on building core strength, improving bone density, and increasing flexibility. We also include functional exercises to make everyday tasks easier and safer. To ensure more personalized attention and a higher quality of service, the class sizes are kept small. It's a 30-minute session aimed at supporting your body and helping you feel stronger in your daily life.
