Founded in 2009, Lionheart Fitness brings a rich blend of expertise in both fitness and martial arts. With 25 years of experience in martial arts—spanning training, competition, and teaching across all age groups, from children as young as 5 to more mature clients—I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve lasting results. As a certified Personal Trainer, I’ve found that combining martial arts with functional fitness training has enhanced my ability to help clients reach their long-term fitness goals. This holistic approach has made training more dynamic, and the results speak for themselves.Classes are intentionally kept small, ensuring you receive personalized attention and high-quality instruction. Through consistent exercise, I’mdedicated to helping you maintain your fitness, improve flexibility, and build core strength for long-term success.

With 25 years of experience in martial arts and fitness instruction, Sonia has dedicated her training career to helping individuals of all ages—from young children to seniors—achieve their fitness and self-defence goals. Her expertise spans multiple martial arts disciplines, including boxing, combined with training in gyms and personal fitness coaching.

Sonia understands that every individual has unique needs, and she takes pride in tailoring her training approach to suit each person's abilities, goals, and challenges. Whether working with athletes, beginners, seniors, or individuals with special needs, her focus is always on effective, safe, and empowering training.

Her sessions are exclusive and by appointment only, ensuring a focused and high-quality experience. Unlike traditional group training, Sonia's group sessions are designed to be just as effective as personal training, offering individual attention and customized coaching in a dynamic setting.
